ABOUT US
Hudson Valley Paramedic Services was established in 2008, after partnering our management team with the operating certificates in Westchester, Dutchess, Ulster, Rockland, Putnam and Oranges Counties. This organization was formed to assure high quality, compassionate patient transportation services to the growing communities of the Hudson Valley. These counties that we serve have a combined population of approximately 2,275,375 residents.

Hudson Valley Paramedic Services has made significant capital investments and improvements to our operation to assure the continued success. In October 2008 Hudson Valley Paramedic Services made the acquisition of Regional EMS, which increased capabilities and growth within our organization. Among other investments are the continuous upgrading of ambulances, cardiac monitoring equipment, advanced training for Paramedics, EMT's and Dispatchers as the development of training initiatives for the local volunteer EMS communities.

All Hudson Valley Paramedic / Regional EMS ambulances are staffed with New York State Certified Level 4 EMT-Paramedics and EMT personnel. In order to remain on the cutting edge of emergency medical care, paramedics undergo recertification by the NYS DOH every three years, and on a yearly basis complete continuing Medical Education in order to maintain their regional qualification. This training ensures that our paramedics are continuously updating their skill and technical knowledge.
